In the exhibition market Equally, the Palazzo del mayor, like every year there will be a space dedicated to the cribs from all over the world , which will be on display from 5 December to 6 January. Nativities of the World sports cribs and reconstruction Nativity from several countries outside Europe, made by immigrants who live in Rimini for us to discover different cultures and traditions from our own.
I cribs are made with simple materials of various types and come to us directly from the country of origin, such as cardboard, wood, clay, bread, banana leaves, the shells of nuts and eggs and glass. They are also used more sophisticated materials such as ivory, silver and crystal.
It 'a space to watch, really wonderful. It fails to notice the origin of the characters, thanks to the special physical features that indicate the eastern origins, Asian or African.
This year is the seventh edition of the exhibition, organized like every year, from Caritas - Migrantes Bethany Centre and with the collaboration of social services of the Municipality of Rimini.
Admission is free and the exhibition is open during the following hours 9:00 to 12:30, 16:00 to 19:30.
